It depends on the person. He knew Emil was a scumbag. That makes a difference. If the ex-wife had figured out (on her own) that there was a black Scuderia, he could have been charged with receiving stolen property. Or if people started asking questions about where this expensive car came from and he couldn't reach Emil, he could've been charged with theft.

@@---cr8nw Incorrect. You'd have to report a theft for such. As was stated in the video .. Emil had purchased TWO Scuderias. This was one of those two. Of which, he stashed in said garage. Divorce has a "discovery" process, eventually. That being the case, even then assets aren't reported as stolen. They are distributed accordingly .. eventually .. by a divorce court. I just want to mention that in my state ( Florida) if a car is abandoned on your property you can charge a storage fee... and if that storage fee is not paid either by refusal or no contact you can have the title put in your name. That being said I really wish someone would abandon a scud on my property and drop contact for weeks lol

Tbh this Emil guy comes across as a decent person and a gentleman : - he gave you a salary for youtube in 2008/09 - he gave you gigs even after it went bust - he had a working relationship with you for 4 years even after you betrayed him and called up his wife (instead of calling him).
