I told him to drive into a parking lot and drive right out to make sure, the driver was following. I said let’s drive towards the police station but stay in main streets and I called the cops. Had dispatch with me on the phone and two cop cars pulled us both over (me and the guy following us). The driver saw us and apologized as he thought he was following his friend (not sure if that was true). The cops let us go and kept the driver there for questioning. I think my dad was not as worried as I was but I had a strange feeling and thought that was the best thing to do. Never drive home!!! I think this saved us.

MORE GOOD ONES! if you’re in the trunk of a car, kick out the tail lights. You could stick your arm out and possibly reach for the handle of the trunk, OR you could just keep your hand stuck out. You could wave it around rapidly and someone driving behind the car will see it and call the police. If someone puts you in a chokehold, swing your leg at their crotch. This should stun them enough to get away, even if it only weakens their grip a little bit. Alternatively, you can stick your fingers in the attacker’s nose and then push upwards hard. If someone is trying to force you into a vehicle, stretch all your limbs out. It’s much harder for the kidnapper to shove you into a small space when you’re making yourself larger than it. If the kidnapper put you in a regular seat of a car, don’t bother buckling in. That would only slow down your escape. If the attacker puts their hand over your mouth, bite their finger or hand as hard as you can! If someone is attacking you or grabbing you, always aim for the groin, eyes, and throat. Claw their eyes out, choke them, and smash their crotch. Even if the attacker is female, a blow to the breast or crotch should still hurt a lot. If a man is orally raping you (or about to), bite his penis as hard as you can WITHOUT drawing blood. If you draw blood and it gets in your mouth, you could contract an STD they may have. Also grab one of their testicles, twist, and then pull hard. Always let a loved one know where you’re going and what time you should be back. Try to always carry a weapon with you. Whether it be a gun, pepper spray, a pocket knife, a taser, etc. Even a simple blade could save you. And take a cell phone everywhere. If you’ve been abducted, turn it on silent so they don’t know you have a phone with you. Always be LOUD! Break windows, scream, yell, smash stuff, and break down doors. If someone is stalking you with their car, turn and run the opposite direction of where it’s facing. It takes time to turn a car around. Then run through tight alleys, hop over fences, etc. If you’re locked in a room or in a basement, try everything you can to escape through a window, break down a door, pick a lock, etc. Also try flickering the lights over and over to attract attention outside. You could even try it in Morse code. It’s pretty much not used anymore, but it’s worth a try. SOS in Morse code is 3 short, 3 long, 3 short. (...- - - ...) flicker a light quickly 3 times, turn it on and off slowly 3 times, then flicker it quickly 3 times. Also::: Don’t spent your time worrying or being paranoid. Being abducted is extremely rare, especially by a stranger. If you have a violent ex or someone else you know, the best thing is to report all their crimes to the police. If you’re still close to someone who might abduct or attack you, hide tools in your and their car. A razor blade, a hammer, etc. Remember to hide useful tools in the trunk of the car. Maybe even an emergency cell phone! Take a piece of paper and write a note to emergency services. Something like “John Smith is my ex and he routinely stalks me and I feel he might be a danger to my safety. His address is ____. If I am to ever go missing, please consider him as a suspect.” Then, hide that piece of paper in your bedroom, but easy enough for a cop to find when one is searching your house for clues after your disappearance. Perhaps under your bed, in a drawer, or in your closet. If someone is following you, go into a public place like a grocery store and call the police. If you’ve ever been a victim of a crime, just remember that it wasn’t your fault at all. The fault lies solely on the criminal. Good luck everyone and stay safe! ❤️

another way to find out if someone is following you is to take 4 right turns, walk about 5 meters and then turn right, walk another 5 meters, turn right again, ect... if the person copies you, then your being followed and NEVER walk to your house, go to a nearby shop and stay there for a bit.
