The solution is actually easy... 1. Myanmar government must stop all the persecutions. And there should be a middlemen between Rohingya and Myanmar to bring both parties to table. 2. Rohingya must stop the rebels and give oath of loyalty to the new country which is Myanmar and they are given a citizenship. 3. If Rohingya keep holding on to the old British promise that is just wrong. There is no British in Myanmar. It has been an independent country since then. And Rakhine ispart of Myanmar territory. 4. If Myanmar keep pointing they are traitors or rebels during independent fights. They should let go of that too. Myanmar is now independent. What is past is a past.

Arakan was an indepenr Buddhist State that administered Buddhist Temples in Buddhist Sri Lanka. In Trincomalee the Arakan had two Temples under its adminstration. There NEVER was Rohinya ethnic in the history of Myanmar aka Burma. We only have 8 main ethnics; Kachin, Kayah, Kayin (Karen), Chin, Burmese, Mon, Rakhine and Shan. I think What UN needs to do are ; 1. Unhcr has to give rohingya education, it has to be number 1 goal for rohingya, lack of education makes them have bad behavior, bad behavior makes them hated by all countries who ever accept them as refugees, as the result they are rejected by all countries. 2. UN has to give sanctions to myanmar for what they have done to rohingya, the sanctions will be lifted if myanmar accept rohingya as citizen and stop persecuting them, or myanmar return arakan/rakhine land to rohingya so they can build their own country, although it's gonna be a challenge because almost all rohingya people dont have education, however difficult at least they will get back their land that is stolen by myanmar.
