Hi everyone! I present to you 2 amazing pasta recipes that are absolutely worth trying!

Ingredients:
- 250 g (9 oz) of spaghetti
- 3 tomatoes
- 40 g (1.1/2 oz) parmesan
- 40 g (1.1/2 oz) pine nuts
- 1 clove of garlic
- A handful of basil
- 150 g (5 oz) of ricotta
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
