In short: you can learn from failure. So: dont fear failure. The more you fail, the more you learn, the more you improve.

How he started and his examples are great, because it is more personal. However, I just find the talk very long. To the point that I am anticipating and anticipating what is the core message. And for me, the ending is kinda not smooth for me and I wasn't satisfied with the final message. But then again, still I learned a lot of things about failure and problem solving skills.

Everyone starts with "kicking ball"??!!! Really??!! The talk assums (1) alllllll the kids (girls and boys) starts by kicking balls(which would be nice btw, BUT THEY DO NOT). (2) " villages" are more likely to have no balls...and that on a TEDTalk? Man!!! Identify prejudices first, please.

Bad Ted talk i ever seen. The presentation skills, the gesture, movement, need to be improved. And the way you present the information.
