I'm so happy for you!! I got the M200 in the apatite earlier this year and I was very underwhelmed by it other than it was a wetter writer and in a pretty turquoise color. Even getting it as a set with the ink at a discounted price I was really expecting more. I believe you and I have similar tastes in inks and writing preferences so I probably would like this one too. Enjoy it!

I did the same thing but had no expectations for the M200. The price was good and I love the ink LOL! I think you'd love the M800; It's the same length as an Estie or Leonardo Momento Zero uncapped but the weight is completely different. It's heavier. I love the feel of it; it's a different experience. Thanks❣️

I have the same pen with an EF nib and it‘s so fine that I hardly ever use it… was debating on getting a replacement nib, but they are so expensive… I got the pen pre-owned at a really good price and would basically have to pay half the amount again to get another nib. 🧐😆 Have fun with your new pen !

Oh no! Maybe a nibsmith can make it a journaler or something stubby? Or tune/smooth it? That's what I'd do, especially if you can make it to a pen show. Replacement nibs are very pricey but a nibsmith could make it work for you better. Thank you and good luck❣️

@ There aren’t so many nibsmiths in Germany, I‘m afraid… and pen shows are even harder to come by. It‘s ok, I do use it sometimes and I have other pens with broader nibs, so it‘s not that much of a problem… ;)

So pretty! I debated getting a M800, but could not get myself to pull the trigger. Funny how we all have our preferred sizes. The 1000 is a strong NO for me; I fell like I'm writing with a baseball bat! Lol!

Now that I've had more time with the m800, I think it's the sweet spot for me. the m100 might be slightly large. I'd try it again before buying anyway; that's an investment!
