Look at your own sail luff at 6.48 minutes into your video. The luff is not at all straight or supported by your spar ,and the sail is not even wrapped nicely round your carbon foil. The whole rigs doing a dance. Either you or Mr Macnamara are right but watch the luff on his boat in his training video on a blustery day and that is as straight as an arrow. I am sure the great man himself would tell you you need more rig tension. Perhaps you can post another video soon proving your products claim that it reduces luff sag. It is not a personel attack, you tube sent a link and I watched the video, both carefully and interestedly. I know that it can be hard to capture an image of sail set perfectly and your content is really showing what a great year you have had. I have not joined the W.A and with your free membership that is £50 less to promote the boat. One less family involved too I have not sailed as far in Sumi this year and not clicked any images as I am no longer on the group to share.I am still sailing with the family, and the grandaughter has had the tiller in her hand before her second birthday. Most of the Wayfarers here have not been uncovered all season. Really during covid ,and the first family week at Rutland and some conversations afrer about event numbers and how we could grow the event and the numbers off atendees. Part of my moving to Rutland was the number of Wayfarers at the club, the events that were held, and the facilities that the club has too host events.I anticipated been involved with this. Really 2024 has been a season of change I found myself within other groups and fleets and in the company of some keen sailors.I now have twin asymetric foils and a toilet and sink aboard. Currently my Wayfarer has escaped my fleet rationisation but it will not be as hard to say goodbye. It will be nice to Wayfarers back at the cruising conference once again. Seasons greetings and Fair Winds and bon voyage for 2025. Inclusion seems to be the buzz word for 2024 and respecting and allowing differing views and opinions within sailing and facilitating others to take part on an equal and fair basis.
