This is the best I've seen on KZbin, I have butterflies in my stomach for happiness for both of you!! I'm 2nd week into my binge after binge watching Parlay Revival, I love you guys, Elayna/Elay is a blast to watch, she is a true actress and so happy to have gotten to know you two, what you want us to know lol but both are great souls and deserve an awesome thing like this, I actually am happy for you 2, I normally wouldn't be happy like this for others lol But you guys work so hard and made it 4 yrs on a small boat...now I'm so looking forward to see where this goes! Less stress on a bigger boat, 1st thing I'd have done is claim a guest cabin for myself and keep my books, laptop etc so I can be alone when the better half is driving me nuts;) We will hopefully meet on the blue next year when we're in the Caribbean. Keep on Keepin on! And my fave quote is now 'Everyone dies, but not many have lived' Im living, just choose to do it on the water...Boaters are wonderful people, let's keep this dream alive making our dreams come true at the same time!

I love when Riley is affectionate with Elayna. She’s so loving and attentive towards him. Always has a smile and warm disposition. (From what we can see, of course.) You can tell that she is a loving caring person by nature. Part of what they are selling (no pun intended), whether they realize it or not, is their love story in addition to their sailing journey. She always seems so grateful when he gives her a hug and smooch out of nowhere. I hope they both never lose sight of those small loving gestures that makes the other person feel wanted or valued on a daily basis. Especially now that they have kids. I loved this episode. Thank you. I look forward to the day when I can be a Patron.

Wow, the boat is beautiful. I really like the bathroom sinks and the little safety hatch/window that allows you to see the water. I am very excited to see you learn the differences between sailing the monohull and the catamaran. Thank you both for taking the time to explain things and talk about all the little things that are both a pain and a pleasure about cruising. You are both awesome.

I have binge watched all SLV vids over the last week. I find your trip a great inspiration. I have enjoyed travelling the world through your experiences as I know its something I will never be able to do. Now I find myself watching lots of other similar vids waiting for your next release! Most people are afraid of taking a leap and doing something crazy, but when your doing something crazy is when you most feel alive. My favourite analogy is fearing a parachute jump. The night before you cant sleep through fear, during the flight your terrified, but when you jump and are falling, which is the point you are at most danger...This is the point you most feel alive! Fear and anticipation stops most people but is far worse than the actual event. xxx

Is that water in bilge already at 13:36? Don't forget a Jacuzzi. I made one with a pond liner in our cockpit with jets, mood lighting & music that really hit the spot on cold nights. Other stuff I loved on our sailboat 20 yrs ago were the 6 topside cameras (NESW & 1 pointed down from the spreaders Fore & 1 Aft) as well as the underwater camera on a 100 foot cable and the TVs to watch it all while below, topside or in bed. Another good idea was the inverter switch at our bedside that would turn off all nonessential electrical items at night saving tons of juice in our 800 amp hrs of batteries. Even a plugged in transformer / charger that is not hooked up to anything like your phone will still use electricity so you have to unplug it or turn it off. The same with TVs etc they all can use juice even when off unless unplugged or turned off at the source / inverter etc. The biggest electricity saver is the biggest user, the fridge. A top loader fridge/freezer AC/DC takes 90% less electricity vs a side door one. Open the side door and all of the cool air rushes out and has to be replaced but a top loader keeps the cold air in thus saving tons of juice also. Other cool tricks were like egg. Only buy fresh eggs that were never in a fridge. They will keep for one month if you turn them every 3 days and never put them into a fridge. There are lots of other tricks / cool ideas but hey, finding them is half the fun.

Think you need to keep a spare tiller arm on board, that one could end up going over the side... Ha ha. Is it 8.5 tonne with fuel and water on board, or 8.5 tonne nett weight? Elayna, your underwear got you in trouble again. There is definitely not enough wardrobe space for all your clothes Elayna. WOW, what a wonderful boat, so much space. Good plan in place for the tender, Riley won't have us on edge again balancing on the back with an outboard on his shoulder. Can't wait for you guys to sail out into the Mediterranean, it's going to be great. Why didn't Outremer start doing the paperwork six months ago, it might have all been through by now. It won't cost much more than a few dollars until they finish up and sign their own policy; mostly it's lawyers doing CYA for the company who are complaining. That's OK; it's their job to do that.

Your youthful sense of humor has served you well in tight spots. So good that Otramer recognized that when they caught you moving aboard and went along with it. Hey, if you burn the boat at the dock, then you won't last a week on the ocean, so what's the big deal? All's well.

Not meaning to be the "downer" at this party but I am actually surprised that your sneaking on board has been overlooked by most of your viewers. Then when this man that you claim to think so highly of appears on the boat a lie is told about not having a place to sleep and only planning to stay on the boat for the night then that is laughed about after he leaves. This company has given you the opportunity of a lifetime. All they asked was for you to wait until all of the legalities were finalised before moving permanently onto the boat. They gave you the keys because they trusted that you were adults that would respect the guidelines that were set out for you. This is their multi-million dollar business and they have much to lose if something were to happen to either of you or the boat without insurance in place. It is wonderful that all seemed to work out in the end but the lovely man that made this happen for you should have never been put in that position. I hope your carefree, casual and playful personalities, which are wonderful, take lessons from this experience going forward. Your impatience and being "rule breakers" could have cost you this boat. I am truly grateful that it did not play out that way but you likely have the fact that the man you are dealing with at Outremer is seemingly quite laid back himself to thank for that. A more formal businessman might have taken that boat right out from under you.Sorry if that seemed like a lecture as it was not meant as one. I just wanted you to realise how close you could have come to having this all slip through your fingers so you are never that close in the future.Enjoy every square inch of that lovely craft you have the opportunity to explore the oceans with!I wish you warm sun, cool winds, blue skies and starry nights ahead in your new home on your new adventures. Than-q for taking the time to share all you do!With gratitude and grace XO

A lecture? More like a 20 line scold. Hope it improved your mood for the day, lashing out at strangers online is such good therapy.

Can't wait til y'all get underway! Beautiful boat, y'all deserve every inch of her!

Spend a few hundred dollars (or even a grand or two extra) on AirBnb or cancel the insurance on a $1 million yacht by moving onboard early. Not a very smart choice guys. Hope it all worked out for you after rolling the dice.

Live on a luxury boat and have your fans pay for the lifestyle. Meanwhile, many people in the world wish they had a meal to eat. I'd rather help the unfortunate with my hard earned dollars.

Lelesleep I seriously doubt that. That cat is built for performance while delivering 4 times the space. Not to mention the stable platform while at anchor.

I've watched every episode and there were some in the Pacific where Elayna was in tears b/c the boat would not stop rocking (Also, she was off the boat for a month which they didn't talk about much) I'm kinda thinking this is one of those things that had to happen for them to continue like trading in the sports car for the SUV, a domestic bliss thing. Maybe Riley's solo voyage to NZ was a tip of the hat and a last chance at heroic adventure, but I tend to over analyze things. I suspect "they" are happier and won't look back (more than a minute or two)

Absolutely love the new boat guys! Cannot wait to see it do some proper sailing, where you head off on it and the first fish you land on it! You're an inspiration to me!
