100% yes! This is the most underrated optons here. most people always go towards the other options but only cuz if brand bias. I see so many of these on the roads

There are MDX’s and RDX’s all over LA and the dealer lots are full of BMW’s and Mercedes that people traded in for them.

The RDX is not underrated at all. The dealers can’t keep them on the lots lol and that’s even before the pandemic, it’s one of the highest selling vehicles in this segment

Great review. I drove the 2021 model and was impressed with it. This one seems even better. My one big knock against this car is the lack of a touchscreen. You are forced to use the touchpad to control the infotainment system. I don’t really know why they do this since basic Honda models have touchscreens. Other than that this car is the best value in this segment.

The RDX is nice, my younger sis bought a used 2019 with Tech package and she loves it especially the SH-AWD in snow!

Good review but would prefer a driver's point of view and hearing the cabin noise( or lack of ) and engine during the test drive. How it drives is most important to me and at the end I'm wondering, how it drives, feels, sounds, handles ( does SHAWD do its job? - show me ). I didn't know about the rear camera washer, so thanks for that.

When I was investigating the car, that was one of the things that people say is the mileage isn't that great. But I overlook that because the car is a great vehicle, I love the way it drives and it was $11k cheaper than the Lexus I was looking at. I ended up getting the 2023 Advanced A-Spec.

Good review. I like my 2022 RDX with the exception of the fuel economy! It may be rated at 27 mpg highway, but I’ve never been able to get over 23 mpg on a 70 mph easy highway drive where my 2019 BMW X4 would return 10 better at 32-33 mpg. That’s nuts! How did Honda let that happen? Side note… why is it that just about the only RDX reviews you can find are the Blue A-Spec Advance versions? It’s a great looking car, but there are other colors too!

I could not have said it better! I bought the showroom 2022 RDX ASPEC/ADV... and it turns heads everywhere I go. The tech loaded into this car is unreal... usually reserved for EV's or very high end euros. I've owned BMW and the RDX does not play around when it comes time to perform... RDX even sounds serious.

I had an 2019 RDX aspec blue with red interior. I sold the car at 21000k miles because the brake pedal became soft and spongy over time making it scary in the city to drive(didn’t effect the braking power but the pedal feel). What’s an alternative to RDX?
@XxCremeDeLaCreme2 жыл бұрын
I know exactly what you mean about the brakes. I have a 2016 RDX and it’s sensitive to braking which I like. It isn’t spongey or soft at all so when i test drove a 2021 I immediately noticed that. Is there anyway to correct this from happening over time you think? Because I was interested in upgrading to the 2022 but I’m unsure now..
@dipusultan70602 жыл бұрын
I did Brake flush at 11k miles. Multiple dealer visits. Some mechanics say it’s normal. Some recommended brake flush. Ended up selling it because it becomes annoying on long drive. Love the car tho no complaints. You will like it but if you find it a pet peeve; you won’t like it.

Look at a Lexus NX if you can find one
@naveenthemachine2 жыл бұрын
Over any Lexus nx. Absolutely I would. The Rdx is a better car. It looks better outside, interior is way nicer no contest, tech is better, performance, handling, comfort, braking, AWD performance, ride, space, practicality are just better than any nx. Who cares if the nx has a hybrid or phev? The hybrid requires premium gas and the phev is stupid expensive and you only get 300hp lmao. The Rdx is as fast if not faster than the fastest nx
@omardrives2 жыл бұрын

@TheBjjones2 жыл бұрын
@naveenthemachine Trolling in every small luxury SUV/CUV review expressing your dislike for the Lexus NX won't alter the facts. The 2022 Lexus NX has a more premium, luxurious interior with a more polished exterior design, plus the NX has more up to date technology (The Acura RDX doesn't even feature a functional touch screen) 😆 not to mention the 2022 Lexus NX will continue to spank the Acura RDX year after year in overall sales & resale value. 😁
@naveenthemachine2 жыл бұрын
@@TheBjjones the nx doesn’t have a more premium interior. If anything it looks too much like a Camry inside. And aesthetically it’s barely nicer than the rav4. Heck even the venza has a more luxurious interior than the nx The Rdx is on a bespoke platform so it gives some semblance of specialness. the nx however isn’t. It’s literally just a dressed up rav4. You’re essentially buying a Toyota RAV4 and paying 10K more
@TheBjjones2 жыл бұрын
@naveenthemachine You're in serious need of an eye exam if think you think the NX's interior resembles that of a Camry or is remotely similar to a Rav4. 😆 Also, as I've mentioned previously, *the Toyota Venza is classified as a mid-sized luxury crossover/SUV* (Lexus RX) as it's *NOT a compact luxury crossover/SUV like the NX* so once again, your misplaced rants are useless. Finally, the 2022 NX has more state of art features & superior tech over the Rav4, plus you get the prestige of a luxury vehicle with a better/longer warranty which justifies the additional costs over the Rav4. Toyota: 36 months/36,000 mile warranty Lexus: *48 months/48,000 mile warranty plus Lexus offers roadside assistance for a full 48 months or 4 years, double Toyota's coverage period.* 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
