good luck, take of it what we will but all cancer feeds on sugar , so avoid all sugar and carbs which also turn into sugar and start removing all toxicity from the body, start juicing organic greens ,this is the absolute minimum people should be doing if they are diagnosed with any form of cancer

I live in France and not sure that Liam realises but Wolves where released in that area a couple of years back as they want to re-introduce them back in to France, plus lots of wild boar so not a place i would want to find myself on my own in the middle of the night. I bet Liam didn't realise they where around but they would have known he was there. ------- Update - Just got to the part where he's found out about the wolves, thought that might scare the shit out of him lol

Back in the 80's I went on winter exercises with 3 Brigade Air Squadron, near Trondhiem, so I have an idea of what you experienced. I was one of five cooks sent to make thier meals in the field. The forest looks nice with the snow, other than that, why anyone would want to hike in the snow escapes me. The guy on the skis had the right idea. Get in, get out, get home to a nice warm fire and a glass of mulled wine as quickly as possible.

The wolves are scared of you and I like that you are drinking mountain water without being fearful of pollution; I've never had a bad experience with river water in the wilderness. good on ya getting out of your comfort zone. be aware though that it's considered bad form to showshoe in the ski tracks - it makes it a lot harder on the cross country skiers but it's oh so tempting

Again, thanks for a really beautiful video. I've lived near the northern end of the Jura for about 30 years and I've been through Lajoux and Chapelle-des-Bois a few times on the motorbike in the summer, but I would never have had the idea to go there in winter! Metabief is not all that far from La Brévine, which is said to be the coldest town in Switzerland - it can get down to -40 C there in the winter. You're right, these towns are in a depression in the landscape and cold air flows down from the surrounding mountains and collects there when there is little or no wind. In the hills around the town where I live there are wild boar and foxes, but I've never been attacked by one - they can detect your scent and will usually avoid you.

Hey Liam, get yourself a Steripen for drinking water outdoors, it is a UV lamp that kills 99,997% of all living things in your water and its lightweight, very handy for a hiker such as yourself, you should definitely consider it! Nice video mate, take care!

I like the wild remote and peaceful snowy scenery but generally hate dampness so I think I would feel pretty miserable doing that, especially camping in such cold outdoors after walking through little villages with cosy warm homes. Liam on the other hand for some reason needs to do it? and I suppose good for us that we can watch him enjoy himself and show us these journeys while we chill with our feet up and still have the coffee and cake lol.
