Hes 15-20kg lighter since his peak 4 years ago so he would probably need to hop back on the sauce for the 300kg squat.

Clarence's range of motion is longer, cause his legs are way longer and leaner. Think he'd need a big bulk to catch up with Eion.

@ i agree 100%. he’s done all his best squats at heavier body weight. i don’t think he wants to get heavier again though. i could see him possibly squating maybe 260-270 if he trains really hard at his current weight.

Hey question about Clarence 220kg Squats, mine look pretty similar. I always felt like that was taken beyond technical failure. Are those okay for a general workout or only good for a "max test"?

Should just focus on getting back to competing. Not on a big squat. Maxing your squat is for people that can’t PR their clean and jerk.
