1) shadow work 2) journal as if you’re already there and out feeling behind it, go into depth about ur highest selfs day, hobbies, outfit, job, routines (manifesting) 3) invest in one thing physically that will make you feel better appearance wise (makeup, hair, piercings, surgery even lol) 4) develop a self care ritual, truly be at home and invest in products for the self care rituals where you work on your whole body, have an everything day for hair, body, nails, skin, etc 5) start a high value hobby or develop a skill, (reading, flower arranging, drawing, crotchet, learn a language, or instrument, dancing: ballet, salsa, tennis is a good way to network for women) 5) build your network, this doesn’t mean business, this means learning something from someone, even at a Pilates class, just go for a drink with them, start with a compliment. 6) make a higher self vision board 7) have a personal style 8) challenge yourself, if you have problems with confidence then challenge yourself to go out to a place you’re not comfortable and strike up a conversation, if it’s attachment issues then walk away during an argument with your partner, don’t stalk them.

To say that I came across this video at a perfect time does not even begin to come close. I am 38, mom of 4 teenagers. I have spent the last 19 years just focusing on them and everything was about them. They all drive now, some in college, some in last years of high school but I am no longer needed for the day to day things and it has been extremely difficult for me to get used to, to let go of the control and to find what I am all about, to know who I am. Once I put myself on the vack burner years ago, I am not that person anymore, I have changed but into whom? I am not happy with any aspect of my life, my health, my relationships, my finances, my mental health. I have been saying for the last 2 years that I am burnt out but not taking the time to listen to that or to fix it, it got worse and now I am past burnt out and dont even know what would help. After not being at a hair salon in over 10 years, I literally on a whim forced myself to pull over and make an appointment. I go in next week to do a whole new look. I resinate with so many points you made in your video, if not all. My first step is to change my hair and give myself a fresh look. I feel like if I look better, I will feel better and feel inspired to continue on a journey. Next, I have told my family I need to go away for a few weeks. I am trying to find a tiny house to rent and dedicate this time away to work on everything ME. Shadow work and meditation and journaling being some of them. I have SO much on my plate at home and it is almost impossible to work on me when I am constantly reminded of the work that needs to be done, household work to be done, teenagers and their moods and so on. I really want to get this started before the new year, so that I can be ahead of the new year and start it on a good foot. I have also set us a sewing room in my attic and am hoping to start to actually work on all the sewing projects I have been wanting to do for many years. My style is very classy and I feel like being a mom, that too was forgotten so I am starting to build my dream wardrobe. I love ballroom dancing and did it as a child so I will look into that while setting my plans on doing things for myself. I love flower arrangements and will incorporate that into my plans as well. I may want to do one thing each week that is for me, one week it may be a massage or a reiki session, one week it will ve a dance lesson, one week a flower arrangement, one week a spa day at home... But I am committing it here, in the open and in public, I am going to start taking care of me and learning who I have grown into and reinvent. Thank you so much for these great ideas. I knew all of them somewhere in the back of my mind but hearing them listed in such a cohesive plan and laid out perfectly was what I needed. I can not tell you how badly I needed to hear this. Yesterday I was in tears under my blankets crying and not knowing which way to go and where to start or if I even want to try... This was a great inspiration, motivation and a great push that I needed. Thank you so very much. I want to be a completely different and much happier and better off me this time next year, and now I have a path forward. Thanks again! Also, to all the ladies younger who are just now starting out, this is the best time to do it, wishing you all the best in discovering you. To all the older ladies who like myself are needing to rediscover who they are and find their purpose, it is never too late and we are worth it and deserve it. We will find and create a beautiful next chapter and be truly fulfilled. Best of luch on everyone's journey.

I can sooo relate to what you said. Finding one's self & updating to the new refreshed, self loved self who focused & purposely follow ones GID given life purpose is key 🗝️🔐. To make room & scheduled time for enjoyment, hobbies, new & old passions to fulfill one's self is truly important. Giving toouch to family & others depletes women. Learning balance & how to get renewed , restored mentally emotionally , spiritually, physically & being beautifully cared for with hair service, massage, therapy counseling, coffee or lunch with others is needed once 🔂 or more each week usually to keep one's self healthy, peaceful & more ready to deal with life 🧬🙏 daily & ❤️💐💪👑😅ladies truly deserve good care. Nails, hair feet 🐾 done at hair school with call in or text appointment for about $15 bucks plus a tip for each helps the budget. $35 bucks massage each week or back adjustment helps the body. Facials there too. Doing a concert or live play helps lift the soul & spirit. Ball room or belly dancing or karate 🥋 class or second language and sewing 🧵🪡 is powerful development & skills & joy 😊 to introduce or keep for ones own accomplishments and satisfaction and makes new 🆕 aqaintesses from being notice for ones hobby or new results from skills being enjoyed. Church home and groups to socialize and get connected with is new opportunities for new friends to have similar interest & fun & grow in faith and Bible study and be blessed even more with more intimate relationships with the Lord and his guidance 🎉😅🎉😅🙏🌹. Like what you shared. Pray you take more time for yourself being more fulfilled, lifted up and cared for by adding self care & 😁 letting others pour into you & have same hobbies or concerts and such to enjoy as new friends or old good positive healthy friends hang out for peace & enjoyment ya need. GOD bless you and help you focus on self care 😘 and GOD bless your kids as well in this new year of new 🆕 more enjoyable life 🧬 for you in this 2024, in Christ 🙏 name 📛 I pray Amen precious woman 👠😍 & mom🎉🎉!!!

I’m INSPIRED❤. This message is sooo on time, you have no idea. I’m a wife & mom of 6 & have let “myself”not just the physical but the enjoyment of me. I don’t know who that is any more but this has inspired me to follow through and get to know myself again. Thank you!

In last 4 years I combined talking therapy, hypnotherapy, group "family constellations" therapy and EMDR - all with certified psychologists, not coaches. I AM a different person now but still myself. Ladies, competence = confidence, repetition = mastery, challenge = growth, self-care = stadards, knowing your triggers = exposing them to yourself and not dumping on others

I’ll be 40 next year in October (just turned 39 on 10/2) I’m on a weight loss journey and I’m currently working on getting into a nursing school and overall reinvesting into my growth…it’s a struggle especially being a mom to a teenage girl…but I’m doing it so she can glow up too with her mommy

Tennis as a hobby is the BEST, I’ve been playing for 15 years. I’m not super good, but taking lessons definitely helps. See if there’s beginner group drills near you. You got this!

It’s shocking how Women’s Magic Truths on Borlest isn’t being discussed. The book is full of life-changing insights, yet no one seems to notice. Time to break the trance and read it yourself!

Great Video!!! It’s great to see black women in the Personal Improvement space. The three concepts that I will be utilizing are……………………. 1. Creating a Network. 2. Re - Innovate my stable. 3. Continuing to p my hobbies as I have developed a passion for for golfing. These are my 3 implementations! Thanks for a terrific video!!! 😀

This popped up almost a year later, but I'm loving it. The thing I will focus on and go into the new year is getting a smokin hot body. I'm going to get the body of the girl in HIMYM when people couldn't even look at her because they couldn't take it 😅.

Enjoying your content! What makes a hobby "high-value?" It sounds like it means more expensive or what wealthy people do. I like to bowl and shoot pool on a league. Are these low value? If so, why? I enjoy these activities. Can you also speak more on not wanting children? I know it is a personal subject. I am 41 now and also never wanted children but it might help your younger viewers. How did you find a man that does not want children either? My experience was meeting men that were excited to learn I had no children and assumed I did too. Two exes thought I would change my mind and kept pushing the issue. I broke up with them.
