You can find good Chinese in most towns. Finding REALLY good Chinese takes some effort,. Here in Orange, it depends on what you want as to where you go. If you're out this way again, Dum Dum Dumplings does a really good combination Chow Mein. The omelettes are good too. I'm jealous that the one you got had so much gravy! Across the road is Chopsticks. They arguably do THE best beef in black bean in town. I say the same about their fried rice. Spectacular. Your food looked absolutely amazing.
