Hi again Elzani! Ooh this nice short and sweet. I loved it. It still captures all the lovely fun inspiring moments in this one day... Yeay!!! You had amazing food (tuna pasta, bbq, brownie, pancakes, sandwich, chocolate..and all the others that fancy your taste)...the Incredible adventures (paddle boarding, bike rides, the beach...to occupy the time you have open now because of the freedom from your ED), company (grandma, sis, mum, dad, Blaze)...and the great talks, laughter, and tears. It's so lovely. It just really makes my day watching you be so happy and having a best time doing more things. That's was really cute to hear, that you missed Satara too aaaww...I'm really glad it was an incredible day. Thank you for sharing this day to us/me, it was and always is the absolute best. Like I've said, your my inspo and huge motivator in recovery, I feel more hopeful about life, it really is nice to have a laugh and smile when I watch and hear from you. Love you loads Elzani. 🥊🖤🤭😊👍🆓🕊️👏🍫🍎🥔🥞🥪🍢🚲🌄🐾🏡🎥

I look at your videos and I want to recover but I just don't know where to start and keep going as i need to gain weight and have a healthy relationship with food again. Any advice?

Hey I’m in recovery too , I recommend talking to your GP so you can get help from your community mental health team and acres to a dietician 🥰

We’ve had lush weather this week haven’t we. I’ve been looking at doing some kayaking where you were paddle boarding. I can’t paddle board as I’m a paraplegic. I think it’s the only place local that I can get near the water in my chair. Just need to build up some more energy after my recovery attempt number 1 has failed awfully and I’m back down to eating one very small meal of vegetables a day, and skipping that if I can get away with it. Just can bare to see myself in a mirror at the moment after gaining 10lb since starting recovery. It breaks my heart to see the changes in my face. I look so fat. I hate it so much. I blame the Community Eating Disorder Clinic for triggering me again. I was fine until I got weighed by them. I can’t weigh at home because I can’t stand. So can only weigh on sitting scales at appointments. I said I wasn’t keen but they insisted. Now I’m off track and back to square one. Bugger.

YOUR WEIGHT IS THE LEAST INTERESTING THING ABOUT YOU! So what if your face is rounder or your body is bigger? It just shows that you are getting stronger! Dont listen to the ED voice in your head! Its just trying to kill you. You deserve happiness and freedom. Peace and love.

You need to tell the people around you who can support you like family or a treatment team.

I have but my mum is angry at me and won't let me go on holiday I don't known what to do I wish I could eat properly for once
@sianchild2 жыл бұрын
@@poppyhowse1455 I'm sorry to hear that. Perhaps your mum being cross is actually her just being worried for you. I don't know what country you're in, but hopefully you could reach out to the services wherever you are.

@sianchild tysm i live in uk and am getting weighed on thursday i have mouth ulcers and am feeling so tired idk what to do
@sianchild2 жыл бұрын
@@poppyhowse1455 I'm really glad you are reaching out for help. Do your best to do what your treatment team say (I know it's not always possible). Look into if there are any B-Eat groups near you for support. Depending on how old you are, try to access either CAMHS or Healthy Minds for someone you can talk to. Most of all, know that you deserve to get better.
