Man that boil up looks absolutely awesome! My missus made some a couple of weeks ago and we put in pork on the bone and pork sausages.... lasted a day and half! Your soup looks yum... We eat Puha in Korea and of course it has a different name though. We eat it with rice. It can be cooked in a soup with Korean soy bean paste or we steam it then make it as a salad with dressing of soy sauce and seasame oil.

Glad you started using porkbone! it makes a big difference to the broth (especially day after) If you want some more sweetness, try adding carrot or a honey date.

Dude tri not to keep ur food more than 3 days at most cous it starts to grow bacteria u will get sick as ,my mums best friend eats her food after 3 days and she is always sick now has bowl problems enlarged liver and body pains,I hope this will hep u..😇
