The first thing that went through my mind when I saw that shelf with his watches and knives so neatly laid out was that he must not live with any cats. I have two of them and one of their favorite pastimes is to test to make sure that gravity still works by nudging anything they can find off the edge of a table or shelf and watch as it falls to the ground.

@@kongandbasses8732 Fellow German here. Your attitude is the epitome of why this once great country is free-falling down the shitter. So English is your 2nd language and you're not perfect. Fine, but why don't you just own it? How exactly does getting old elevate you above being corrected? How do you know Colin wasn't just trying to be helpful? How do you know Colin isn't also correcting the kids you take issue with? How do we know your little story isn't just a load of deflective bullshit? Frankly, if you're really close to 60 and still get offended when somebody tries to make you aware of your errors then you really have no business whatsoever thumping your chest. Luckily, for people like you there's always the indispensable "nazi" fallacy to deflect your shortcomings. You have that in common with all the other weak-minded losers whose feeble, brittle egos can't take a much-needed correction, in Germany and everywhere else.

I carry a Victorinox Huntsman that I replaced the regular scales on to the “plus” scales so I could add the pen. Before I put the new scales on I also cut a another notch to add an extra straight pin behind the corkscrew. If you’re interested in doing a few mods to your SAK (Swiss Army Knife) check out Felix Immler on KZbin. He can show you some interesting mods and some neat tricks with the SAK that will help you to really appreciate their versatility.

Felix Immlers KZbin channel is hilarious. That guy could probably disarm a nuke with a Swiss Army Knife. Every time I watch one of his videos I learn something new that I can do with my knife. For the record, as a kid I owned a Swiss Army knife, then as I got into bushcraft knives and combat knives I scoffed at these "pen knives". I have now come full circle and realise that they are the best, most compact, multitool on the market. Just bought a new Huntsman myself. Its a thing of beauty. Good luck to you mate.

Cody, I have carried that same knife for 20 years or more with a separate pair of nail clippers. In 2016 I was in Europe at a store that had all kinds of Swiss Army knives (huge fan of) and one of them is the knife you showed in the video WITH integrated nail clippers just like you have. It is my absolute favorite EDC item, it combined the best of both items! Those nail clippers are the absolute best and to have them in the knife is amazing.

The best nail trimmer I've discovered is a variable speed Dremel with a flap sanding wheel. At about half speed it cuts down fingernails and toenails quickly and smoothly. A drum sanding wheel works to, but you have to be more careful about touching skin with the drum than you do with the flap wheel.
