(A Therians Quadrobics) walking, running, jumping, practice!

Hello! This is my quadrobics practice for the week! Yes I seriously practice once a week, occasionally I do small practice hops, walks or trots in my house but there is not enough space in my room to record.

Even tho I'm a therian, I'm not really interested in quadrobics. But your videos have something relaxing that I like, maybe it's the vibes or the sound ? Anyways, seeing another person being themselves, practicing or just having fun is nice, keep going !

I'm not a therian, but I like practicing quadrobics because it's fun and gets me in this headspace (specially when I'm pretending to be an animal or just viving to music) that I really enjoy; like roleplay. Your videos are really fun to watch, honestly when I grow up I hope I can have a garden to pratice quadrobics with a tail and ears

I know that this was 4 months ago but it’s kinda sad how I can’t really do quadrobics because I have a bad knee. (I need to wear a knee brace so it doesn’t dislocate my knee cap) :(

I’m not a Therians but I love doing quadrobics, even If I’m not the best at them since I’m a bit overweight, but I like getting an exercise while still having fun!

I like to do quads out side only at night it eases my anxiety because people can’t see me😅 I also wear no shoes because I want to be able to go in my forest (we have a small forest in our backyard) with no shoes obviously I’ll be careful of snakes because I live in australia

Make sure you have walking and running down before you try to jump, im not good at jumping so i cant really give tips rn unfortunately, im more the course running type of quadrobist 😅
