A Thousand Autumns is amazing! 🌸 I Novel Review

I’ve seen season one of Thousand Autumns and I really loved it, would’ve preferred if it was animated like Heaven Official’s Blessing and such though. Really hope season 2 lives up to its expectations. I know it’s not a novel from this genre, but if you want a good novel I suggest Secrets of Jinshei. It is about 9 women and the relationship that brings them into each other’s lives. I found an unedited copy at a second hand store when I was young and it blew my mind. Still one of my favorites ever.

I also really love Qian Qiu. Thank you for the review! I would recommend Wushuang / Peerless. It is from the same author and the same universe as Qian Qiu. The main characters are wonderful and their interaction is funny and interesting. I absolutely love the main character, Cui Buqu. He is such an unusual main character in my opinion, but so compelling. For modern setting, I would recommend Mo Du from Priest. It is very very good.

One I do recommend that I think has its similarities is a Danmei called “Di Wang Gong Lue” Or in English “Emperor’s strategy.” Following genres of being Historical much like Thousand Autumns. It’s not as detailed and complex but it’s much of a simple story that tells a nice comforting love story and journey. The show is rather interesting but I promise after watching it for a bit you might get used to it. I also feel the community is quite small and have yet to meet anyone who has read or seen it myself, so I hope to widen the community a bit. 😊 P.S: the music in the show also has to be one of my favorites of all time.

I'm still reading tgcf yet loved this review. I was thinking about checking out the donghua 😊. Loved your voice as always. Of course I would love your input on all MXTX's books in general. Don't know if you heard of the novel Sha Po Lang by Priest but I heard that was really good.❤

Thousand Autumns is so good! I’d also like to recommend Wushuang, which is a book that’s set in the same universe as Thousand Autumns! Also, you don’t need to read Thousand Autumns to understand Wushuang! Wushuang is more romantic since the main couple interact with each other a lot throughout the story

great review ❤😊 my personal favourite danmeis based on certain aspects would be: top fav novels in general: - qian qiu - tian guan ci fu fav couple: - hualian (tgcf) most fav character: - shen qiao (qian qiu) fav plot: - mo dao zu shi ive read some n listened to 2ha audio drama and cried and adore chu wanning but never really got too deep or invested in th novel or th characters, but perhaps there's a chance i'll get back to it? for svss, i watched th donghua but never really got around to read th novel cuz again, i'm not very much invested in th storyline nor the characters from all th background i know abt th novel or just th story in general. there's this another danmei called Golden Stage. Interesting and fresh dynamic of a main couple, but the storyline is not really that complex. more romance in this one. i'm a sucker for it but i kinda discontinued it after a while.. there's few others on th list tht i still hv yet to start reaching my hand and heart out to but doesnt hv th time and mind for them yet.. also, those i discontinued for a while or dropped? are not necessarily not good per se, but rather preferences i think?

I also love Hualian as a couple! ♥️ I get what you mean about dropping novels due to personal preference. There are some really highly rated danmei that I’ve also dropped for now (but I’m thinking of giving them a second try).
