I found the root of my anger by praying for those that have offended me. It is the sin of pride that proceeds my anger , because it is always pride that takes offense first. It is pride that is easily angered.

Not at all. God's love is like a beacon of light. When you prioritize loving your fellow man, you could soften their hearts little by little. I'm no saint by a million miles, but I've seen the curiosity and gratitude in people's eyes from a small act of kindness. Like they were making their way through a gray, lonely day, and then a beam of color from our Lord shook them and surprised them. God bless you, brother. Let's love our fellow man as God loves us.

I love this, please shed light on how to address the Trans movement.
@colmcille96698 ай бұрын
I forget which saint said this, and if anyone knows please tell me as I cannot find it, but it helps explain trans and many other worldly delusions and depravities. I'm paraphrasing but it was to the effect that "those who thirst the most will drink even the mire." I've been there myself, including being diagnosed as "genderqueer" by a specialist. It turned out the great thirst in me to find and become my "truest and most loving self" was only satisfied when I encountered God, who IS Truth and Love. Until then I tried everything I imagined and the world was happy to keep suggesting. No one will see straight until their thirst is quenched. If you see a man in a boat drinking saltwater do you try to calm his raving and explain why what he's doing is foolish or do you give him some fresh water and trust he can come to his senses in time... Christ is the living water. And He has overcome the world. "Become holy and thousands around you will be saved." Offer this.

Try to replace with another world, harmless but that also expresses frustration. You will see, it's not the word necessarily, it's the habit of using a specific word when you feel frustration. For instance, at the beginning, I was using "fish". Then, I replaced it with a word that doesn't begin with "f". It takes some time, but it works.

A merchant wrote to St. Macarius of Optina that his maid had left him. An acquaintance recommended a girl from the village. 'Should I hire her?' asks the merchant. 'Yes,' replies the old man. After some time, the merchant sends him a new letter: 'Father, let me send her away, this woman is a real devil. 'From the moment she appeared in my house, I am constantly angry and lost all self-control'. And the old man replies: 'No way! don't send her away; she is an angel whom the Lord has sent you to reveal to you how much malice was hidden in you, and which the previous servant could not reveal in you." But our Lord and Saviour didn't tell His followers to not judge, He told the *how* to judge. furthermore, judging is in our human nature, God has giving ur the ability to judge so that we can navigate the world. how can you navigate the world and do things like go to your job, sports, social activities, without making judgements?? it is not possible. i think its very clear that people are confused and are confusing condemning to judging. condeming is something we do with evil things so its absolutely not wrong to condemn it if u see someone comitting sin, which is evil. just make sure not to condemn them because 1. you as a human being do not have the power nor authority to send someone to hell for their sins, and 2, remember point 1.

1 John 5:19 "... the WHOLE WORLD lies in the power of the evil one". -- John 6:70 "Did I not choose you, the twelve? And yet one of you is The Devil" -- there are things worse than Anger in the world. Humanity's DEFAULT POSITION is to be TOTALLY under the control of the Devil and be TOTALLY POWERLESS (and IGNORANT) about that enslavement. Anger just one aspect of that enslavement.
