This is a bold statement but I'm going to say it. A-Train has one of the best redemption arcs in TV history. Every scene he had since Season 3, had been slowly laying the building blocks to set him up for this arc in Season 4. He was already one of my favourites, but this season cemented him as my favourite character in the show.

Definitely. Even in season 3 he was despicable at times but looking back at it now they were definitely building to his redemption. They took one of the worst characters and made his redemption the heart of the season. Even with alot of the writing issues this season had at times that was incredible writing. Still sad we didn’t get to see him vs homelander.

Another great chatacter moment for me was the fact that A-Train came back for Ashley after outing himself at the leak. He didnt have to, he could've just fled but he took the time to come back and give her to option to come with him.
