Good luck with that. ATS is the only brand transmission I will not sell or install at my shop. They will probably build you a quality trans since its a highly publicized build though. One of my many dealings with them is I had one customer drive all the way there from the east coast twice, once to have the transmission installed and once again for warranty. After it got back here, we tried to warranty a couple times, ended up putting a suncoast in and no problems 6 years later. I sold him the suncoast at my cost and installed it for free because I felt so sorry for this old man, he turned into a great customer. That is one of 8 stories I personally know of. I really try not bash a company, we all have off days but they seem to go out of there way not to help you.

I love gale banks videos…. Although I looked at ats for my 2020 68rfe that went at only 8k miles. Everybody told me the warranty is horrible and the 5 year isn’t worth it because it rarely gets backed. Ended up getting it overhauled with all suncoast parts everything so far is perfect and all warranty costs covered. ( no labor and shipping charges if something goes wrong)

The drivability of a clutch that's going to hold back 1,200hp is beyond terrible. The stronger the clutch the bigger pain they are to drive and that's going to hurt sales. Its why the manual Cummins is detuned with 200+ less torque than the automatics and was canceled a few year back.

Poor build quality, lesser parts then what your STOCK transmission has, modifying the wrong parts of transmissions (adding clutches where they don't need to be, taking wave rings out for solid rings and causing the transmission to beat itself to death), the warranty is "good" but that's because they're broken all the time and half the time they WILL not cover the transmission since you did it yourself of they don't like the transmission shops you dealt with and say they're "lying". Sad all 3 dodge guys I know had the SAME problem with there transmissions from ATS and none of them lasted a fucking year. 5r110w behind our built 6.4 cruiser/hauler. Stock trans lasted 178k miles.....ATS......less than 7k.... Waste your money if you want, cheaper isn't better. There's a reason there transmissions are so cheap, don't make the same mistake me and many others have.
