Such a memorable and fantastic episode on many levels - Cirroc and Ryan and the follow-up FFA really got into the nitty gritty of this and the great writing involved. Thanks @The7thRule ! ❤💛💙🤓🖖🏾

Regarding Picard in this episode, I recall something Admiral Hanson said in the first episode of this season: "I've never met anyone with more courage, drive, or determination than Jean-Luc Picard." Admiral Hanson hit the nail on the head.

Wow, I'm with Cirroc on this one, an outstanding episode with some fantastic guest actors, to include the LEGENDARY Jean Simmons!! Fantastic performances and these crazy little witch hunts keep dogging us even into the future! Naturally, each person that leads the way in these things always thinks they have the TRUE secret, but so much death or destuction of lives follows along with that "certainty of purpose" they carry out. Jeri Taylor (RIP) wrote a stunning story and that ever awesome director, Jonathan Frakes, brought it to the screen for us. Cirroc and Ryan just get to have the coolest conversations AND they carry over into the FFA. I can say how proud I am to be part of the #ChatPack and the Patreon to support these conversations and enjoy them on a weekly basis. ONE LOVE #ChatPack, The Next Generation of #ChatFam - keeping the Live Chat a lovely and welcoming place with lots of interesting conversation.

Actually if I recall Nog said he thought it was racism at first, but then he realized it wasn't just him.

Good writing is part of it, but let's not forget about the actor himself. A good actor can make a bad line great, but a not so great actor could kill a perfect line.

I can't find any evidense that she was mentioned in conspiracy. But the only way to be sure is to go back and watch it again. They do reference that episode though.

DS9 had an episode where they had a baby gem ha'dar. Despite all their effort they found the stereo type was physically buried in their DNA. It couldn't be changed or broken. Very different than Klingons. Yes they have tempers and are prone to violence, but they can fight that. We've seen it many times. With Worf's "wife" and Be'Lana in VGR.

Darn missed this. Was on at 6 p.m. pst & didn't see that there was a video premiering tonight. Checked other social media & didn't see anything so I thought there wasn't going to be a video. Only saw it in my feed just as it was ending.

My biggest complaint in this episode is Simon Tarses himself. What happened to him? Just because she was full of shit doesn't changed that he lied. Did Picard manage to shield him? The reason I wonder about him is because I can relate to him. Here I am a transgender american living in a world that is warming up for war on our very rights. This dude's rights were violated all because of a minor part of his birth he had no control over. Nor did his parents. I would have liked resolution. I would have liked the end scene to be "Simon, you'll be happy to know you're going to be fine. I've take precautions".

My one complaint about Mark Hamil playing Blair is his hair. Blair's name comes from WC1 and WC2 his hair was blue. So they called him blue hair or Blair for short. So why isn't Mark Hamil's hair blue? LMAO
