Although it may be a company truck, Branden can use it for business and personal needs and he won't have to pay for insurance, upgrades or repairs. Also, he can repair and keep his old truck or he can sell it. Pretty sweet deal!

The company truck is a good idea, for reliability and fiscal reason. It takes those expenses from the employee (after income-tax) to the employer normal expense it essentially a raise without the additionnal income taxes. Also when you have the best employee, rétention is critical.
