a trip to MEXICO cured my DEPRESSION

Hello everyone!
In this video I’m sharing with you what helped me to alleviate depression I’ve been experiencing.
Taking myself on a trip to places I’ve never been before and doing the things I’ve never done has made a tremendous impact on my mental health.
I hope this video encourages you in any way if you’re going through something similar.

I did recognised , the baroque patio of what use to be , the languages institute of the autonomous university of Querétaro UAQ, I studied Italian and English there , now is kind of a dancing school Also the village of San Sebastián Bernal , founded by one of my ancestor Spanish Captain Alonso Cabrera , and the image of the big monolith Called Peña de Bernal Also recognised one opal mine , probably in the town called la Trinidad If you are happy , I’m happy Welcome to my land !

Yes you recognized it right ☺ I really liked the village of San Sebastían Bernal, and the opal mine is somewhere not far from Tequisquipan, I'm not sure about the name of the exact location though. The segment of my video where people are dancing took place in Museo de Arte de Queretaro. And the patio in warm yellow hues is Museo Regional de Queretaro.

Aún te falta viajar a los desiertos de México y ver las dunas más grandes del mundo; a las selvas, cenotes de agua; al mar caribe de México, a los mares del Pacífico mexicano y del golfo que colinda con el Atlántico...Te faltan los volcanes, los nevados , sierras....En México el cañón que tenemos es más grande que el de estados unidos... etcétera. Jorge de León es mexicano y habla inglés y francés y hace documentales....Lleva a grupo de turistas ( ingleses franceses, suizos, españoles, italianos, etcétera y mexicanos también,) a disfrutar las diferentes riquezas y biodiversidad mexicana de flota y fauna y orografía, aunque también imbuir en los senderistas de nuestras raíces y culturas originales Azteca, Tolteca, Olmeca, Purépecha, Maya, etcétera. Ahora en diciembre en el estado de Michoacán llegan las mariposas monarca al templo del bosque michoacano...ahí está la tierra del aguacate, lugares volcánicos, ríos, playas, aguas termales, etcétera.

Hi, I just subscribed to your channel. I love how you show my beautiful Mexico, I am from Veracruz, but I live in Tx. Do you speak Spanish? Your English is perfect! Also another way of not having depression is to accept that there is a God who made this beautiful trees, mountains, nature, animals, humans and everything else. There is a Son (Jesus Christ) who came to earth 2022 years ago to saved us from going to hell if we believe by faith that Jesus can forgive our sins. And finally we have the Holly Spirit in earth while we continue waiting for Jesus Christ to come back for the second time and rapturous to heaven. My advice to you is to read the Bible, that helps me to continue in life with a manual to help myself and others. P.S. When someone else is recording you, who is it? If you say you are traveling alone? Take care!

Hi thank you for your kind feedback and advice! I do speak a little spanish, I would say basic to intermediate. Well there are people everywhere 😄 Usually I would do it myself by leaving a camera placed somewhere, or if I can't do it myself I would ask a tour guide to help me with filming if I'm on a tour, or a hotel staff or basically a stranger if I feel comfortable giving them my camera.
