This was a very lovely video,Maria. We got to see your beautiful countryside covered with snow, while here in Western Australia we are sweltering with the heat! Also we got to see your beautiful girls on the little sled looking so very happy. This is the first time I have seen you knitting & I was surprised that you are not a “thrower” like myself. The bow that you made &the wreaths look so good. I am in awe of you with three children, working & running a house & getting time to knit & sew like you do 😇 . When I was young I had three children too, & was always trying to fit in the things that I wanted to do, like knitting & sewing but found it very difficult to find the time I needed. You are indeed amazing at what you accomplish 👏👏👏. Have a very merry Christmas & and happy new year. Cheers ❤️👏😍💕🥰🤗

I really enjoyed this video. Such a beautiful snowy woodland property. Loved the petitknit bow that I purchased the pattern to make a few myself. Best wishes on completing that long list of things to make before Christmas. Have a Blessed one.

So lovely to see the snow you have and the light through the trees, just stunning. I love the Scandi way of life, much healthier. What a sweet bow for your wreaths and how kind to gift one to your neighbour. I love Nora’s. (hope I’ve spelt right?) socks and the unicorn jumper, your work is so lovely to see, well done. I’m busy gift knitting, trying to finish two pairs of socks in under two weeks! Hope you and your family have a lovely Christmas. X💕

Happy Advent Maria! I wondered who taught you to knit - I learnt this way from my Swiss friends, tensioning the yarn twice round my first finger (they insisted because they couldn‘t believe my English style of throwing was „proper“ knitting lol) and have only ever seen Swiss people do it that way, including the subjects of Albert Anker‘s paintings… Most continental knitters, especially in Scandinavia, only seem to have the yarn once over and hold the finger very close to the needle tips. The wide variety of knitting styles is a fascinating thing!! I think I really need a December bow on my tree now 😊

Vilken vacker video, jag längtar så till Sverige och snön, men kanske inte till kylan.
