Marinade.
soy sauce 4 tbsp. l.
Coriander 1 tsp.
Paprika 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper 1 tsp.
French mustard 1 tsp.
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
I put the meat in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
1.5 m parchment.
I put it in the oven at 160°C for 1.5 hours.
Garnish:
Large potatoes 3 pcs.
Onion 1 piece
Vegetable oil 50 ml.
Butter 20 gr.
Cheese 3 pcs.
Paprika 0.5 tsp.
Mixture of rosemary and coriander 0.5 tsp.
Salt to taste.
Cream 10% 50 ml.
Recipe number 2
Pork 1kg.
Salt and pepper on both sides.
Potatoes 4 pieces.
Salt 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Mix well.
Onion 2 pcs.
I cut the onion into rings.
Bacon 8 pcs.
Place on a baking tray and put in the oven at 200°C for 60 minutes.
Salad:
Red cabbage 300 gr.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
A pinch of sugar.
Add 1 boiled egg, cut into small cubes.
Paprika 0.5 pcs.
Corn 5 tbsp. l.
Parsley 20 gr.
Glaze for meat:
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Ketchup 1 tbsp. l.
Honey 1 tsp.
French mustard 1 tsp.
I put the meat in the oven for another 15-20 minutes (until it is golden brown).
Recipe number 3
Pork 500 gr.
Chicken fillet 500 gr.
1 whole onion.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Coriander 1 tsp.
Dried garlic 1 tsp.
Mix well.
Bacon 200 gr.
Vegetable oil 30 ml.
Salad.
Peking cabbage 200 gr.
Paprika 1/3 pc.
2 boiled eggs.
2 tomatoes.
Parsley
Salt to taste.
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Mix well.
