vegetable oil 30 ml.
Salt 0.5 tsp
lemon salt 1 tbsp. l.
parsley (chopped) 2 tbsp. l.
Salt, ground black pepper to taste.
Mozzarella 200 gr.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Flour 0.5 cups.
Salt 0.5 tsp
breadcrumbs 1 cup.
Turmeric 1 tsp
Recipe number 2.
For ground beef:
Onion 1 pc.
Pork 500 gr.
Chicken fillet 500 gr.
Salt 1.5 tsp
Ground black pepper 1 tsp.
Dry adjika 0.5 tsp
A mixture of Italian herbs 0.5 tsp.
Mozzarella 200 gr.
Bacon 300 gr.
For the glaze:
Salt 0.5 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Smoked paprika 1 tsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
honey 1 tbsp. l.
White Sesame 1 tsp
Recipe number 3.
Chicken thighs 9 pcs.
Marinade:
Kefir 150ml.
salt 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Dijon mustard 1.5 tsp
Dry garlic 0.5 tsp
For breading:
Toast bread 1 pc.
chicken egg 1 pc.
Cheese 200 gr.
butter 100 g
