😃Quapaw bath house is the best in town…I stayed in the park you’re in back in 2018 as a refugee evacuated of a hurricane in North Carolina…I was there for 3 weeks…the park didn’t have a shower so I purchased a quarterly pass (about $125.00 at the time)( cheaper than the $20 a day) to use the spa for 3 weeks as well as the shower. The water in the bath house comes from deep underground and there are 4 different pools with different water temps ranging from about 88 degrees to 105…totally awesome experience. Hot Springs the city is actually part of the National Park. There are also free spring water fountains on the street in the old area where you can fill up your containers. I love Hot Springs 💖 awesome video…thank you 💜

Love Hot Springs National Park!! lived there for a couple years before moving to jackson hole this year. So much history and outdoor things to do. If you start the hike above Mountain Valley Spring water and go up towards the shooting gallery on the far right up on the mountain top or hill their you can still find glass and all sorts of stuff that used to shoot back in the day. 👍🏻 Whittier cold water spring dispenser is best. 😎

Can't beat beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas! I've always wanted to go there with my grandparents back when they had their 1987 Toyota Dolphin camper truck. They've never went there in it and sold it in 2014. Love the beautiful sunset around the mountains!

Kelly, Hot Springs is a great city, full of the nicest people. So glad you got to go to Oaklawn Park. It's very historic. I rode races there back in the 1980s. My father rode there in the 1960s!! Great content! 😊😊😊 Glad you showed everyone where the drinking water comes out of the mountain. Get a jug of it! Its full of minerals and very healing! 😊

Yo Kelly Hayes #23 checkout the Frio River in Texas....it's turquoise clear water with Garner State Park or a bunch of private campgrounds....it's the best place in Texas outdoors wise..... it's in a George Strait song!! Great video and thanks for the inspiration!

I second this! We just got back from Garner SP and the water is so clear. We passed through Bandera too and the Medina River runs through it. The water there is a beautiful turquoise color. Love the Hill Country. ❤

I love your videos and the adventure of it all! My wife's name is Kelly and we both like to hike. We've been married 29 years and we're still going! I do video reviews and I plan on doing one for you. I talk about a video while I'm taking a hot bath in a 100 gallon horse trough! Hey, nobody else is doing it! I think I'm going to review the one where you are tent camping in the Florida keys and you get eaten alive by no-see-ums. We've had the same experience! I started doing the video tonight but had to stop short due to camera problems. I'll let you know once I get it done.

Good book! Thought the couple that partied the night before the 100 mile run were hilarious! It will take your feet a while to get used to zero drop shoes. Wise decision not to push with them. Wear them as much as possible when not running to build up endurance.

I was born in Arkansas and have lots of family in and around Hot Springs. It was cool seeing your adventures there, I am a trail runner and have spent some time on the trail around there. Oaklawn is fun but I am of the same mindset as you…I am not a gambler, mostly just lose the money God blessed me with and I don’t believe I am being a good steward of his blessings by gambling. I don’t know but guessing that was Grateful Head Pizza, my Dad and I always hit that up when in town. Take care and God bless Kelly!

I'm fairly sure that we passed each other on the Sunset Trail on West Mountain not far from the communications towers.
