isn't the thing with the new NHR the benefit of paying no tax on worldwide income? great for remote workers (of high skill).

France has a treaty with the US & does not tax US Pensions or Social Security.. even a 10% tax rate on a pension / SS is too much for a retiree.. money does not grow on trees ..
