Another thing I noticed is that they visually updated Onigashima Luffy combos. In the first DLC he only had the red haki lightning in his basic light ground/air strings and a and his standalone heavy moves. Now he has the visual effect on all of his heavy finishers (besides Thor's Hammer of course)

Awesome, you don't know how much I've been waiting for more videos😂 The legend dawn pack is the best dlc so far, you have my word. I have a lot to say about what I found out about the characters but I'll save it for the next video

I wished Onigashima Luffy had a new moveset. I never played the previous warriors games but when I saw KZbin videos on PW3’s Luffy. He has a whole different moveset and animations that look sick asf. It would’ve been awesome if they copy and paste those animations onto Onigashima Luffy but tweak it to fit this version of Luffy.

I can't wait for you to see Roger he is def the highest tier character even higher then luffy, absurd Damage and armor break and garp also ignores invincibility too

@@maradoyeho5558 roger is far better, dude handles insanely well in pirate king warriors, dude has a ton of reliable shieldbreaks and damage off the walls, whitebeard is okay he has good shield breaks and damage because hes whitebeard, kaido is alright if you just use certain attacks (their damage overall isnt that great but on some attacks its very strong) and akainu has invinciblity and some pretty great damage, but rogers is just ridiculous, practically all of his attacks do massive chunks of the enemys hp, and his specials are just absolutely ridiculous, I remember one shotting an enemy with one of his specials which was at level 30 the max level and very few others could seem to properly replicate that the devolopers intended him to be overpowered

@@rangopistacho6928 I speedran the mission with most top characters Roger is slower than Kaido,WB and Akainu He lacks damage on bosses compared to them.

@maradoyeho5558 had no issues destroying bosses as Roger perhaps your using the wrong perks or forgetting that they have full force burst to make them faster, I'd argue akainu might be even slower since he has to set up those lava mounds and relies on his invincibility to protect him, and whitebeard is just a ok character, he has a stupid long dash but that does not make him the best character but certainly up there (whitebeards attacks are much slower in my opinion and don't offer that great Damage whereas even Roger's charge attacks offer a lot more value even not in full force burst) And as for kaido his attacks are okay but it's in his dragon form is where he's op where he can get some of the highest damage in the game with two abilities, his shieldbreak is good but his dps with normal attacks is inconsistent

@@rangopistacho6928 I'm literally speedrunning TPWK I'm not forgetting anything. Getting 7 minutes to 7:30 with WB/Akainu/Kaido and 8-ish minutes with Roger. Roger has no reliable ultimate. Kamusari doesnt hit nearly as hard as what these 3 are packing and Conqueror strike has atrocious range and AOE

A lot of the characters in game are honestly missing stuff. Law, Big Mom, Sanji, Zoro, Franky, Robin, Shanks, and Koby even tho both Shanks and Koby just got DLC.

Katakuri is unquestionably in the top tier Katakuri’s amazing movement speed, his ability to immobilize multiple bosses and remove their armor instantly with either SSST or SSSSST combined with his high damage output in FFB is too good. This is still true on the True Pirate Warrior King stage in the latest DLC

I honestly don't understand how Smoothie is not the best character in the game. You can basically hit the entire map with her. How is there any character over her in the tier list?

Whitebeard, Kaido, and Roger are slightly better IMO

@@maki_roll I tested all of them and Smoothie is waays better. She lacks some damage compared to Roger for example but her ridiculous AOE makes up for it. Nobody has a faster clear time compared to her in the traditional gamemodes, she has like a 100% faster battle cleartime than Roger. In the 1v1 wave mode the other 3 have the upperhand. You can almost snipe the entire map with her ulti in giant form and with her Y-Attack.

From what I've played Smoothie is definitely one of the best characters in the game. But Whitebeard, Power Kaido and Roger has better tools in their move sets than Smoothie does.

I love primebeard but rayleigh wasn't ever playable in these games and they did old whitebeard justice. To this day he is one of the most op in the game

Whitebeard is still the best character is the game even after the latest update. His attacks are actually insane...he literally breaks game mechanics

Nah. He was top 1 pre dlc not anymore. Gear 5, roger oden outclass him. Wb is just damage and break. Dlc characters do same amount of damage way faster with bigger hit boxes longer range with air combos with insta break and faster charging specials.
