I am quite confident that Alvida is stronger than Mohji, Cabaji and Spandam. She didn't do much after gaining her devil fruit ability and her bounty never get updated since. However, with her devil fruit ability and her strength for wielding an iron mace, she should be at least as strong as pre-timeskip Buggy, so maybe she should be moved up a tier. Another proof is that Mohji and Cabaji looked up to her when Buggy was imprisoned.

@@flawlessheatKatakuri is weaker than post udon training luffy I’d say, as the gear 4 luffy who was at most as strong as katakuri if we are overestimating him, was one hit ko’d by kaido and was so much slower that he couldn’t even react to Kaido’s thunder bagua, and of course kaido is insanely strong and it’s obvious that even in base he is stronger than whole cake island luffy and katakuri, but after udon training he was able to react to and slightly damage kaido who was in his hybrid form so I think this luffy in base could fight against katakuri in a serious fight as he is now stronger (at least with haki) and faster than he was in gear 4 back in whole cake island. These are just observations though and I felt like sharing it. Although I don’t think things could go either way cus it’s not all about speed and strength 😂

Act 1 Luffy most certainly was not equal to Katakuri. He could scrap with Katakuri but if the man was serious about stopping him and wasnt actively trying to instill fear in Luffy and destroy his hope, Katakuri wouldve wiped the floor with him. Personally id scale him around similar level to King since frankly if you cant figure out Katakuri's trick of using Obs Haki with his devil fruit to mimic logia intangibility you wont be able to land a hit on the guy let alone damage him. nope, do the maths correct, sanji's best feat - fighting a yonko 3rd commander and overpowering him jinbei best feat - throwing a yonko who is angry cuz she doesnt get anything sweet to eat unless you think the 3rd commander of a yonko is gonna be able to throw a yonko in which case your crazy, jinbei overpower sanji, also lets not forget that jinbei's whole use in the crew is that he has imense strength to steer the ship even in the worst tornadoes, i personally think due to this that based on pure strength jinbei might be the 2nd strongest in the crew (surpassing luffy im putting zoro at 1 cuz we have seen his weight lifting already, unless anyone in the crew lifts a mountain even pre timeskip zoro surpass them in pure strength), sanji's flaming fire has some rizz, yes but comparing jinbei to sanji is a disrespect to jinbei, also i think zoro is placed too high in the list tbh

Some corrections/my opinion : 1. Sanji > Killer 2. Dead characters could have been avoided (or take everyone in their prime) (example : you took old rayleigh but at the same time prime oden) 3. Kizaru & Aokiji > Greenbull & Fujitora
