One of the questions often asked of me is "how do you grow your business and do so many different things?" the truth is, I don't - I have amazing management helping me run our businesses. In this video I spend the day with our group managing director, Aaron, as we visit multiple sites across our business checking in and looking for problems that need solving. This is a very realistic day in the life of a £40m Entrepreneur.

I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I'd suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

My advice: for newbies to grow financially this year, invest. Saving is good, but investing elevates your finances. Why newbie make huge losses on trade is because investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. that will stop you from trading, this has been one of the biggest problem to new traders, I've learned this from my own experience

Now, I visit retailers for my work and it drives me absolutely nuts when I see weeds and rubbish at the front of stores, dirty windows, signage that hasn’t been repaired, strip lights that need replacing and tatty P.O.S And then they complain about how bad business is and nobody coming in! I can say from my experience owning a micro business, it's great having someone operating at a larger scale sharing the same challenges particularly with cash flow. Vertical integration was something we were working towards long-term! So many people don't show the realities of running a company and the strain it can have, but it's all worth it. One thing I struggled with was a vague structure with my former business partner and a lack of clear direction. Just watched a couple of videos you are a real inspiration sir! I dont know the full scale of your operations yet, but i have had the tought of when you operate a weave of businesses like this to have a deep clean firm that services everything. Not the day to day cleaning but a firm that comes to locations once per month or so with real professional gear, carpet cleaners, steam, advanced chemicals etc. Throw in a janitor in the team and you can do locks and light service at the same time. When it comes to cleaning and businesses ive noticed that ''home blindness'' is really a thing ''The word Swedes call 'Hemmablind' which, roughly translates to 'Home blindness'. It means adapting to environments without questioning fault. We stop seeing problems to the extent that finding a solution slowly makes its way to the bottom of the to-do list until it drops off into passive acceptance.''

What affects the Westcliff and Southend shops is the car parking charges as well, Southend Council are a rip off, the car parking used to be full up, now spaces all the time. The Southend shop which looks like it’s opposite the car park is dead up there. I’d convert the 3 floors above into flats and go into roof if it has one, looks like it’s full of damp, flooding is always an issue on the front, happened so many times over the years
