I just want to say that I got to speak with Abby and Matt (I totally fangirled and almost had a panic attack) but they are seriously so genuine and kind. I absolutely LOVE this video! Although all these “What I eat in a day” videos are super inspiring and motivating, they also only show people at their absolute best and on-top-of-things moments. I’ve personally had a couple of very mentally rough weeks with PMS among other things (TMI, sorry) which has resulted in me not being on top of things at all. Eating take aways several days in a row, not cleaning my flat and waking up late. In moments like this it’s SOOO good to see other people showing their realistic life; late breakfasts, saying they’ve eaten pizza for 5 days in a row etc... A big thumbs up!
