I just came here from the year later follow-up and maintenance video. I really like the idea of starting out with a story to tell. Wow, Balazs! I really respect your sincerity about your Christian faith and how you used it as an object lesson in aquascaping. No doubt your success is because as a Christian you can appreciate and love more the perfect design by God in every plant and aquatic creature. Let me share with you one of my favorite quotes from the book called Steps to Christ by E.G. White that I think applies to your aquascaping talent: "The poet and the naturalist have many things to say about nature, but it is the Christian who enjoys the beauty of the earth with the highest appreciation, because he recognizes his Father's handiwork and perceives His love in flower and shrub and tree. No one can fully appreciate the significance of hill and vale, river and sea, who does not look upon them as an expression of God's love to man.

Beautiful aquarium! Even more beautiful the message! You can't love this hobby and not ask yourself who created life with its varied expression and the positive stimuli that come with it, such as serenity, goodness and respect for others and nature. Obviously the narrow road is challenging, but the result is a riot of happiness. I would make an aquarium inspired by what awaits us at the end of the narrow street: Isaiah 2:3,4 and Isaiah 11:6-9...A hug.❤

I am also a Protestant pastor and love this scape. I never thought you would ever do a scape inspired by a Bible verse. Your scape fits Matthew 7:13,14 so well: „Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.“ ‭

Even Iggy Pop had been building it (well, something different) brick by brick a long time ago. 😂 I am having increasingly issues with these paths leading from front to back which can be seen from scapers all around the world...also, nature does not choose to use so many different plant species in such small places/spaces. Likewise I prefer less plant variety and a much broader look in general much better. But that's just me and my preference. Merry Christmas to you all. ❤

It's a beautiful looking scrap, but, you designed all the paths but you can really only see the 1 main path. By adding more open paths gives the viewer more scape to look at and takes the view points away from a main section. Other than that beautiful scape.
