Word of advice: When you are paying top dollar for a meal at a High Class Restaurant, both the Food and your Service better go smooth. If your server was rude - go find a Manager and tell him what is going on. A Good Manager will fix the problem. Get what you are paying for and if they do not fix the problem ask that your check is compensated. I was a server for close to 20 Years, I definitely made sure I did my 7 Steps of Service and made sure my Tables were Happy and Taken Care of.
