I felt the same way this morning. I allowed myself to lie in bed for a while. I didn't do any of the "productive" things I had planned, but that is okay. I needed that downtime to just breathe and be. I gave myself that time. Thanks for reminding us that we are not alone. Thanks for sharing your journey!

I love photography and watching you sit and calmly take photos has motivated me to get out more when this 40c heat goes. I love snow and colder weather so why I haven’t moved is beyond me. In this heat all the birds Galahs, parrots magpies hide somewhere cool and come later on in the day for a feed of Sunflower seeds. This big Ibis and Crows come to the front for food and Natives to my back garden.

I have very strong PMS and I should write on my bachelors tesis, but I can't find any motivation or energy for that right now, so I'm hating on myself for not doing anything the whole time! Ladies, don't forget to calculate where you are in your cycle. Sometimes you're just a "sack of chemicals", as we say at my house, and within a few days, you'll feel better. Tracking your cycle can be a powerful way to understand and prepare for when you may feel low and unmotivated. Thank you for this video!

It's important to take time to know what our Igikai is, if we respect who we are, happiness becomes easier. Fear and doubts are our ennemies and the only way not to be depressed is to be active, creative and feel useful. This is a long journey to serenity!

I just wanted to say how sorry I am that you have been going through this. I can sympathise with this, I know how tough it can be. I'm a compassionate person, especially when I hear someone is going through a bad time. But I can also be too harshly judgemental, out of the best intentions, as I'm an INFJ. My principles are so strong that it can affect how well I empathise with someone if they do something that seems to be wrong. I'm working on letting go of that harshly judgemental side and becoming more easy going and peaceful but it's a process. I'm sorry if anything I have ever said online upset you or anyone else reading my comments (here or on Facebook).

Helena thank you so much for this. I too have been going through my own funk. I was recently diagnosed with a viral infection and this has caused me to have muscle spasms in my back and shoulder area usually at night so sleep for me has been illusive. I have been feeling like a stranger in my own body and like it is not my own. Physical movement and trying to take a nap has helped me so much to feel a bit more like myself and less grouchy/b***hy. I also try to remember that if I cant help myself with medication or whatever I need even if it is a good cry then I cant help others.

im just coming out of my rut today. I do online college, my mother and i dont have the best relationship and i dont see friends. Mom got mad and turned the wifi off and i felt disconnected. I cant get a job rn (long story) and i feel stuck. I ALWAYS forget i wont feel bad forever. No matter how many times i get this low i try to remind myself I will be happy again but i always forget and tht just makes you feel soooo hopeless. I just need to work hard and get out this house and start living dammit!

Hi there, your an Empath! So am I make sure you are taking epsom salt baths and using Sage! Ground yourself! You were just at Disney Land and there’s a lot of people walking around there with a lot of different energies and you might’ve picked up on someone’s negative energy as well. I just know this because this is the story of my life sometimes I pick up on other things that are not mine they’re from someone else so I have to sage myself and make sure that I take naps and drink a lot of warm water and just cleanse my body. I’m glad you’re feeling better. I am 51 and going through menopause and I can just tell you that I am up and then I’m down then I’m up then I’m down then I’m gaining weight then I’m losing weight I’m bloated that I’m not loaded it is the worst roller coaster I’ve ever been on so I understand completely. I also suffer from anxiety but a lot of it is just learning how to stay in alignment and ground myself so that I don’t pick up on others emotions. If you ever want to check out my podcast it’s called Calm Waters with Wendy. I love your channel and I’ve been telling others to watch it as well. It calms me and I love people that are real so thank you.

J’étais douce quand j’étais ici à Moutiers, et j’ai été mise en hôpital psychiatrique. Je pense que c’était dû à trop d’exemples de domination gagnante dans le passé. Néanmoins, dans certaines industries d’approvisionnement vitales, je suppose qu’il doit y avoir une sorte de « presse » externe aux employés pour faire avancer les choses. C’est déroutante, non ? Dans les sociétés anciennes, qui ont façonné ce que nous sommes aujourd’hui, je suppose que la « presse » aurait été plus concrète, ie, evidente? Aujourd’hui, j’ai l’impression que tant de choses nous sont cachées. En fait, je pense que le manque de transparence est ce dont je vais accuser mon mari après s’être excusée de ne pas avoir communiquée avec lui le jour de son anniversaire samedi. Cependant, je lui avais envoyé une carte. Par contre, je prends des médicaments pour la dépression, ce qui peut me faciliter la tâche d'etre plus ouverte.

Je leur ai dit que je souffrais de long covid et de dépression, à moitié en plaisantant, mais maintenant je me rends compte que ce n’est pas de la plaisanterie, c’est réel.
