A walk on Culver Down| Bembridge Fort| Isle of Wight Things To Do| KPislandadventures | 🥾🥾

Come and share the amazing views from Culver Down on the beautiful Isle of Wight, in the south of England. We will show you Bembridge Fort, a large Victorian fortress where the English Channel can be viewed. It is know as a Palmerston Folly and was built to protect the country against the threat of invasion. The fort was used during the first and second world wars when it was occupied by the Royal Air Force, Army and Navy. After the war it was abandoned and vandalised, however it came into National Trust care in 1967 and now you can visit inside at certain times.

Hi Keily, I was going to fly my drone up there at the monument but now know it’s National Trust land. They have a no fly policy on all their sites unfortunately. Looking forward to more of your videos. I am just building my own KZbin channel also for my drone footage. Early days yet.
