I did a 94 Caprice with a 383 trick flow heads and a big cam. It was surprisingly fast. They used to be considered heavy but by todays standards its only 50lbs off from a 5th gen camaro. These cars ride so smooth its ridiculous!

That would make it a 357. A 396 LT1 is a 3.875 crank & bored over .30
