I was sexually abused as a kid, and raped as an adult at 48. I must say I am completely in agreement with what you're saying here. I do worry for the younger generations. It's so heartbreaking. 😢

It's heartbreaking. It does the opposite for the healthy marriages -- if they're not toxic, volatile or fueled by sex, they're bad marriages. It's scary! I legit have moments where I have to check myself and be like no no no Bailey, "boring" is good when I'm watching media or listening to music.

Ehren, your content has changed my life. I’ve been watching for about a month or two because I’m a survivor of grooming and my ex exhibits cluster b behaviors. I just felt the need to drop a comment finally because I know exactly what you mean about season 2. I recently started processing that he did groom me (denial) and never made that connection but remember thinking wtf where’s the wedding? Please keeping making content like this is very important.

Thank you for your comment and feedback. Comments like this and fellow survivors like you are the reason why I make my content. I wish you well in your journey- stay safe & stay strong. Don't let 'em get you down ;-)

Thank you for this observation. The channel begood4000 has many videos discussing his thoughts on how our society is being indoctrinated into the "narcissistic matrix " through the saturation of messages from the media. Somehow your video really made this concept very real for me.
@ehrensjournal Жыл бұрын
I will check out his channel. People want to paint societal indoctrination as a conspiracy but it is very obvious that we are in a "storyteller" vacuum with the incredibly limited options presented to us in the mainstream. There's also a very good documentary on KZbin called "The Century Of the Self" which shows how societal indoctrination is absolutely possible and has absolutely been done in America before.. Many people I speak with consider propaganda to be something that only happens in other countries.

begood4000 is a very good channel, although people who have religious trauma may not like it as much. Another very good channel with this kind of info is theramintrees.

I totally understand this. I always complain about ED commercials and others that are so open about sexual nature. I feel like the whole culture of the 90's was very geared to grooming the generation. And I try to be very blunt and open with my teen to make sure she feels safe in her current world. Only speaking from my personal Life ( I know things are very different for others)

I'm no victim. The thoughts in my head are my worst enemy because I let myself fall for seeking out the affections of other's fakeness. I've been considered a bit dumb, but I've only met most people online and sometimes even met a few guys in person. I've been taught by a few to be more open and giving so that I'd know my true self, but sex is his curriculum of choice. Maybe I hang around the wrong crowd when I'm bored. I made things worse by meeting up with a stranger who was not good.

Hey Ehren! Literally been watching ALL your videos since last night. Thank you for publicly sharing this information - it’s like you have words to my thoughts - thoughts and feelings that seemed to be dismissed/passed over. This gives me the courage to speak up myself. 🙏🏼 god bless you ❤

i think you're spot on about normalizing the abusive ways people relate, with no emotional health development

Please make shorts about this subject to reach more people. It's extremely important message and can save many people's lives from destruction.
@ehrensjournal Жыл бұрын
I have been considering making shorts for some time, especially since the younger generation is so vulnerable and they tend to watch shorter videos. Thank you for this comment, I will definitely consider doing this.

Same for me. I was sexually assaulted at 19 and the way my parents reacted to the information was more emotionally scarring than the actual abuser 😢 I never pressed charges I am just now starting therapy and I have a long way to go.

The inundation of the "skeezy" is deliberate. It's all spiritual. We are indoctrinated. "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, the rulers of the darkness of this world, spiritual wickedness in high places". This world deliberately goes against the Word of God. "A little leaven leavens the whole lump." Corruption is how spiritual evil operates and this world is permeated by spiritual evil. Obedience to God is the only way to purify and truly appreciate and be sensitive to the beautiful things of this existence. The only way we can respect life in general.

Omg thank you for all this content, you are so mature and the talks are so on point, thank you for rasing awareness on these very important topics that no one talks a lot. Especially with manipulation amd indoctrination, the problem is that you dont realize it s happening when its happening .. especially if you are very young. And if this is normalized its even harder to recognize this type of abusive behaviors....

The toxic relationship is a million times more problematic than post-marriage sex. Even pre-marriage sex is more problematic
