I'm so happy you got your period back again! I have struggled getting mine and got it back (finally!) last November, and lost it for several months again. It can be frustrating when it's felt like I've been doing all that I can to balance my hormones as runner. I am taking this as my sign that she's coming soon :)

You've been eating well and at a healthier weight for a while now, I'm starting to wonder if your lack of regular period is due to how much strain and stress your body is under from juggling so many things and training 6 days a week. Please try to get a repeat bone scan if you can. Crohns can deplete bone tissue further and although training does lay down healthy bone tissue, it does not do this optimally if you're not regularly menstruating. I know you know this Imi :( pls take care

Hey! As I mentioned in this vlog it came back!! It's not just about getting to a healthy weight but about consistency and maintaining that! So I was at a healthy weight for 6 months (April-September) and consistently healthy before it came back which makes sense. Ofc lots of life stress/ being busy has an impact too x
