Looking at your grocery haul; it’s very “healthy” but there are hardly any energy-dense or fun foods? The body needs a lot of energy to heal on top of training and I honestly don’t think you are eating nearly enough. Check out Emma Bates’ recent reel on nutrition and injury. She is a pro athlete and had some very good points to say

Girl the fact you haven't had many times of more than 3 days of rest is causing so much stress and inflammation on your body. Regardless of chrons, it's going to cause so much inflammation/injuries. Try and restructure your training to prevent these situations from happening 💛

Very true; and are you sure it’s actually crohns? Long term restriction can cause GI issues. Crohns is a very serious disease and I don’t think you have the symptoms of it? You need a proper biopsy and everything to diagnose it

i think imogen had an endoscopy, they found that the main symptom was anemia (so did the endoscopy) and determined it as mild crohns but imo crohns as an inflammatory disease is never truly 'mild' and has probably been triggered by the strain of chronic overtraining, which may also explain osteopenia/bone degradation during this time too.@@laurencharltonn
