U.P campus is so dirty, not well maintained.

Corruption going on but interms of the standard of education it's the best choice in the Philippines because it's free and always in the Top 10 of Best University in South east asia and Times Higher education world university ranking higher than the neighboring countries in south east together w/ National university of singapore and Malaysia
