I have also been dealing with a ton of allergies/inflammation this year! I wonder if it contributes to mood at all? I tend to feel more "low" when I'm dealing with inflammation (it impacts my body, digestion, etc). My doc told me to preemptively take allergy meds starting a few weeks prior to spring to prevent the impact from summer allergies all season long :)
