How do you deal with writing all the anatomy notes? It’s so much material and I’m struggling to get through it and actually absorb it. Are there study guides?

I’m personally a Kinesthetic learner, writing them down is how I process and retain the info. If you know what type of learner you are, it could be a huge benefit! Repetition, too! For AP we do lecture with a PowerPoint and our “study guides” are technically our homework. I hope this helps, and best of luck to you in your journey! Best, Hannah

I start school in three months and can’t wait for massage therapy but also very nervous . I feel like I’m gonna fail because I tend to sometimes forget stuff . what’s your advice on things like that when it comes to healthcare?

That's exciting, congrats! Nervous is normal, it's new and not easy information to learn! Believing in yourself is the first step! Repetition is key in learning the muscles, bones, and massage modalities! It eventually becomes second nature! You've got this!
