Claw machine: you win by hooking the claw into crevices like if you manage to get through the tag plastic loop thingy Also the fish market moved across the bridge to Toyosu which is way more controlled compared to when it was in Tsukiji (and not worth the effort going in my humble opinion compared to when it was Tsukiji). Tsukiji is still an amazing place for food. Lastly, really enjoyed this style of vlog: a good mix of loft beats, some good b-rolls showing a change in locations, and a nice balance of sightseeing, food shots, and personal story.

Hope you're feeling better! I went to Japan a week after you and Tokyo was also my last stop. Due to all the walking we did (and I'm from NYC too, but Tokyo is just on a whole other level?!!), I ended up with a really bad swollen ankle to the point I was limping, so I had to stay in the hotel room for a while to rest up while my boyfriend went out to explore by himself 🥲 Hope the next time we visit Japan, we both hit Tokyo first and our body will be in excellent condition!! 🍻 Also recommending this bomb ass udon spot I had near Tsukiji Market - Godaime Hanayama Udon 🤍

I don't think that oysters are a good food when dealing with food poisoning since it's a 50/50 chance you get poisoning exactly from oysters depending on their freshness and how they're handled. Let alone that it's raw and heavy for the digestion but you do you:) hope you get better soon!

the chicken was cured, like prosciutto which she said in the video, shouldn’t have gotten her sick. maybe some fish or an oyster. i’ve been sick from the freshest oyster it just takes one.

I know you can't name the restaurant which was possibly the culprit for your awful bacterial infection, but do you at least know where you may have picked up the food poisoning bug? Could you give me a clue as to what sort of food it was so I can be extra vigilant. I had THE WORST food poisoning in Chinatown in Sydney Australia. I really should have gone to the hospital, it was that bad, but I stuck it out and like you, it ruined most of my precious holiday as I was so weak and bed-bound for two days after the outbreak. Could you find a discreet way to give me a heads up on YOUR food poisoning source, or what to look out for? Food poisoning in Tokyo must be extremely rare as their hygiene and production standards are so high and their food always so fresh (compared to many other parts of the world). I'm glad it wasn't worse than it was though. Glad you're well.
