Hi Amanda! I'm going to give you a tip on how to avoid peeling potaoes because I don't want you to suffer anymore😂 Put them as they are in boiling water (whole, don't cut them!) Use a fork to see when they are cooked (the fork should go easily into the potatoes), drain them, put them under cold water to cool them down and just by using your hands the peel will come off! This is how we prepare potatoes to make gnocchi in Italy

Gnocchi tip from an Italian: boil the potatoes with their skin so the do not absorb too much water (then you'll peel the skin off). Then you want to roll the dough into little sausages and cut them into tiny little pieces

regardi n g making perfect rice... keep your heat on very low and keep the lid open about a quarter of an inch and do like a cup of rice and a cup of water ....if it absorbs before rice is soft add some more water!

Thank you for all the lovely inspiration Amanda! I also use SS for my website. I am too thinking about remaking it into a new design but I have not taken the time to put my mind to what I need to do just yet haha. Anyway I am wondering if you use the SS 7.0 or SS 7.1 when recreating your new design? 😇 Also a nutrition tips for you in the kitchen. When you made the creamy pasta sauce. Next time try to keep the water from the cooked vegetables. It contains all of the vitamins. Don’t throw it away. Use that as the liquid in your sauce instead of the veg-broth. And to have it more like broth, dissolve a bullion cube into that veg-liquid or use any herb-salt to flavor it. You can also just drink that water but personally I like to use it in the food instead. 🥰💚💚

This was great video! I might have your next challenge! Would you consider making a weeks worth of recipes Yeast Free! I have a rare brewers yeast and bakers yeast allergy. (Not to be confused with gluten) That also includes, nutritional yeast, all fermented products like vinegar, yogurts, cheeses, tofu. So because so much is omitted - it's been the reason why I fall off the vegan wagon. Hope you consider this challenge - it would be super cool inspiration. :)

I love you and your videos but this way to make gnocchi is terribile 😅 i'm italian so please take my advertisement. First: if you use the italian schiacciapatate you don't need to peel your potatoes (it's a game changer). Second: potatoes must be old, or from mountain, in this way you don't need to use so much flour. Third: the dough need to be much more uniform, you must roll the dough in a vermicelli form and after you must cut it with a knife. If you pass the gnocchi up a forchet you be able to create a shape that need to take better the sauce. Sorry for my english! Good luck
