Great! What about a short replay at the end of the video, showing each day's dinner for a few seconds? I think an overview would sum it up pretty neatly. At least be very helpful for those (me) who have already forgotten the first meal half way through the video. Keep up the great work! :)

Hi cam and nina! Would you love to make some recipe video without spesific vegan ingredients? Like nutritional yeast or hummus, tahini. cause i can't find them anywhere near! But i want to try your recipes so baaaad :(( love from indonesia ♡
@autumnrain79187 жыл бұрын
Hey there! Tahini is just sesame seeds blended until smooth (some use a little oil to help with consistency). If those are not available in your area, you could use any oily neutral nut or seed, for a similar experience. For hummus you would blend chickpeas (or any other bland, cooked bean), tahini (or your homemade kind, although I skip this sometimes for a lower fat version), and spices/seasonings of your choice (I use salt, garlic and lemon!). Nutritional yeast is used to bring a cheesy flavor to recipes (as well as to add a little bulk to sauces, etc sometimes), so anything that gives an umami (savory) flavor might work in a pinch. I hear that white miso (in much smaller ratios) works well, or you can just skip it in favor of adding in extra flavors of your choice, like garlic and onion, a spoonful of your homemade tahini or hummus, etc. depending on how the recipe is using it. I hope that helps in some way. Best wishes!
@autumnrain79186 жыл бұрын
Most people have it the other way around (the fruits, veg, and protein being really expensive), so I think you'll be in great shape as far as food goes! Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. ^_^ Much love.
@aclementine99286 жыл бұрын
Yeah Hummus is super easy to make, and you can do it without tahini if you can't buy it. Or just add sesame seeds in directly.. Otherwise just blend chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, lemon, cumin, salt! And you can even blend in beetroot too for a different version, which I love
