OK OK! WE HEARD YOU! We have changed the title from easy to homemade : ) We still believe that these recipes are easier to make and take less time than what it might seem in the video, especially if you decide to take some time on Sunday afternoon to mealprep. But we also understand easiness is relative. We want nothing more but to inspire you and provide you with value and good recipes that you can adapt for your own needs. We just want to always provide different options that you might not have thought of, and inspire creativity in the kitchen. We LOVE food, and we want to share that love with you! Thank you for all your comments, we will definitely be filming a simpler, cheaper and more straight-forward (but still healthy!) video of breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas. Yay for constructive feedback! Lovu

Cam & Nina I have to say a HUGE thank you. I am insulin resistant and can never eat recipes from other vegan channels as they all focus on white flour based products, white rice and sugar. This is the VERY first video I've come across where I can actually eat EVERY. SINGLE. RECIPE! Thank you so much

Silvia Bjørkman I’m in Toronto and if you buy organic fruits it can be pricey but there are a lot of little stores where you can buy for cheaper. Nuts are ok and legumes...that’s always cheap here and I hope in most places. Where are you? Come to Toronto, ill show yoy around 😄

Nina you look absolutely glowing in this video. You just look so relaxed and happy! Not that you're not glowy in other videos but seriously you look lovely ❤️ I think it might be your hairstyle :) I started working at this vegan kitchen and I thought it would be such an awesome and positive experience but it's been kind of a bummer. Throwing me into the waters (messing up on some drinks, not badly but minor) and nobody asking about my plant-based journey (meeting fellow vegans should be like a profound experience amirite?!) & coming home to watching this video with amazing editing & amazing cooking skills made me feel a lot better!! I love you guys so much! I wish you can upload a video everyday! Hahaha

Yum. Love how nutritious these are. I've discovered that a good dose of healthy fats which are also sources of omega 3 oils (and protein) - avocado, nut/seed butters, sometimes olives, are what satisfy me, truly, after I've eaten a meal.

The bread looks amazing! And I really like the idea to use beans as a pesto base, if you cannot afford a lot of basil especially and this way you get bulk and creaminess without the fat! And if you think it's time consuming, which I agree, just don't season the nuts for example, take them the way they are or add some mango chunks and dates into your lunch box without making bliss balls! Sometimes the real flavour of food is the best. And it's a good idea to use up the leftovers for the meal of the next daY! I am not sure guys f you have lots of peppers where you live (capsicums?), but if you do, this summer I have discovered this thing called Ajvar in the balkans, it's basically a roasted pepper sauce, like tomato sauce, except you use only peppers and it's incredible!

Do you have a written recipe anywhere for the buckwheat bread (measurements, cooking temp/time) ? Looks so good !
@kiliya897 жыл бұрын
Buckwheat Chia Bread 1 3/4cup buckwheat groats 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup water 1 1 1/2 tbsp pizza seasoning 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp baking powder Soak buckwheat groats overnight or for at least two hours and strain. Soak chia seeds in 1/2 cup of water for 10 minutes until they form a gel-like consistency. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until it forms a thick batter. If batter is too thick add extra water. Place in a lined baking tray and cook for 60-75minutes in 165C. This has a very different consistency to bread, of course, but it does the trick. It has a nutty flavour to it that goes great with anything. You could definitely make this a sweet bread by replacing seasonings with a tsp of cinnamon and some maple syrup.
