Hi Christine. Fussy eating gets so much easier with age. My boys get more adventurous every day. Obviously they don't eat the spicy meals, but other than that they'll at least try most things that we make. Like most kids they love pizza, nuggets etc too. Thank you so much for watching xx

I really like your practical videos Emily. The carb struggle of 2020 is real! 😅 I’m with you on that👍. I wanted to let you know that I tried the batch cooking recipes you shared the other week...it totally made life easier for the whole of the working week so thank you!! I made soups, cottage pies, roasted a chicken, etc. Wow I felt like supermum and only spent two hours in the kitchen. I love how it freed up time after the school run to spend time chatting to my boys rather than cooking. It’s the way forward 🤩 xx

You won't know yourself with a slow cooker. We actually just got rid of our slow cooker and got an instant pot/multi cooker depending where you live and it is amazing! It is both a slow cooker and a pressure cooker in one. You can make an entire roast chicken in 30mins or make meals that taste like they have been cooking all day in less that an hour. Life changing I tell you haha

My kids were amazing eaters until they hit 18 month...I guess that's when they get opinions or something lol. Then once they reached around 5 they finally started to eat a better variety again. They still have things the adamantly don't like which is fine because there are foods I would rather go hungry than eat too. However on a whole the older they get the less picky they become. I have 4 kids and this has been the same pattern for each of my 3 oldest, our "baby" is 2.

Love this! Great ideas! You could easily make so many of your dinners veggie. For example instead of chicken in the Thai curry just put quorn pieces and cook the same way. With the sausage pasta try either Sainsbury’s shroomdogs or Linda McCartney sausages both are amazing but shroomdogs have the added extra of some hidden veggies. Instead of lamb mince try either Sainsbury’s plant kitchen mince or quorn mince. There’s so many easy switches that will make your life easier if you want to eat more veggie food. I love Jamie Oliver but I do think his recipes have a lot of ingredients and aren’t massively quick! Thanks for the inspiration! ❤️

Hi Emily, I know it's hard, but perhaps u may want to cut down on processed meat. Alternatively u may want to make your own meat patties using minced meat. I have my green juice (celery, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, kale, green apples and lime) almost every morning, on an empty stomach. I'm slightly allergy to beans and peas, as it gives me a bloated stomach, if I consume in large quantity.
