And we are live! I sincerely hope you enjoyed watching this third video in my marathon training series 💫 This full week of training became one big project for me to put together into a video for you but I am really happy with the result. Once again I’d love to hear your opinion on which part(s) you enjoyed the most and why :) Thank you for being a part of this journey with me!

Hey! sorry about your problems. Unfortunately I have not experiences anything related to shin splints but I guess it could come down to various things - overtraining, not stretching enough, wrong shoes, etc.

I feel like turning to running/cardio after an ED is so common
@emilybilbow499010 ай бұрын
Being told you shouldn’t do something you love is really difficult to cope with… proving to yourself that you can do the things you love in a healthy way validates the progress you’ve made… running is not a punishment for eating but a reward for taking care of yourself… perhaps after this marathon she will take a break from running…I agree that a lot of cross over from ED to over exercising occurs…
@katharinaschneiderr10 ай бұрын
Thank you for your message Laura🩷 At this point in my life, I am healthy and fit to run and train for this marathon. This has been discussed with my family, friends, doctors and other professionally qualified people to ensure this. I sincerely hope you’ll rewatch these videos and try to detach me, who I am today, from that person you watched in recovery during my weight gain series. Of course it’ll always be a part of me but my life is not controlled by my past anymore and it’s an honour to finally be able to live fully and do what I’ve always dreamt of. Just like another comment mentioned, running is a reward for me - being able to do what truly brings me joy whilst still maintaining a healthy body and mind. I will speak more about this in my next video so you can look forward to that 🩷

I totally get what you mean "stay in a comfortable pace or distance." I struggle a lot with that, but today I pushed forward 🫡 Also a question do you still take hormone pils for your period? Because I will possibly start to take them as well...
@katharinaschneiderr10 ай бұрын
Hii dear! Well done - it’s good to get out of our comfort zones from time to time! I don’t take HRT anymore (hormonal replacement treatment). I quit a couple of months ago to let my body try and find its own balance again. Up until recently I’ve been having very irregular periods but they’re finally starting to fit into a ‘normal’ cycle again. I suggest you take them, if that’s what your doctor or someone else professionally advises you to! 🤞🏼

@@katharinaschneiderrcould you please tell me more about your experience with HRT? I've been suggested to start using this treatment as a way to prevent weakening of my bones.
